Walking down a deserted street in the evening mist at the end of my ritual avoid-meeting-people evening stroll in the neighbourhood I noticed that someone in Oslo's central Radisson hotel has kept spirits up while most hotels remain without guests.They created a heart-shaped emoticon on their south-eastern facade which is well visible from the town. Made my day!
